Coastal walk and beach hunt
We had a beautiful day at Takapuna beach last Friday. We walked along the rocks from Milford which was great fun - especially as the tide was high!

Gardening Day
Last Friday we spend the day getting our hands and feet dirty!
We learnt all about our school garden, different types of fruits, vegetables, herbs and trees.
We learnt the different parts of a plant and what they need to grow.
We planted our own flowers and herbs to take home and we planted a pear tree at school!
We finished off the day with a kiwi tiptop ice cream! - yum

Auckland Maritime Museum
We had a wonderful day catching the ferry from Devonport to Auckland's Maritime Museum!
We learnt about the maritime history of Auckland and the history of the first immigrants to New Zealand.
